Chef Kfir Misnikov, conductor of culinary arts at the luxury venue, has crafted a creative menu for this new gourmet restaurant, centering around grill, fire and coals.
The menu offers a selection of quality meat cuts that undergo soaking, slow cooking, smoking and broiling processes, alongside a stunning variety of chef dishes. Our specialties are large group meat dishes, which are a real celebration for groups of friends or for the perfect family night out.
The restaurant’s name comes from its location – in the center of a stunning terrace bordered by classic Jerusalem architecture and facing the historic walls. Thanks to this one-of-a-kind combination – a fine grill kitchen in the best location in Jerusalem – diners will enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience in one of the city’s elite meat restaurants.
