Chef Kfir Mysnikov, conductor of culinary arts at the luxury venue, has crafted a creative menu for this new gourmet restaurant, centering around grill, fire and coals.
The menu offers a selection of quality meat cuts that undergo soaking, slow cooking, smoking and broiling processes, alongside a stunning variety of chef dishes. Our specialties are large group meat dishes, which are a real celebration for groups of friends or for the perfect family night out.
The restaurant’s name comes from its location – in the center of a stunning terrace bordered by classic Jerusalem architecture and facing the historic walls. The new special evenings invite you to a vibrant, living culinary experience – precise high-end grilling, carefully selected wines, and crafted cocktails, accompanied by live saxophone music that adds depth and tone to the entire evening.
